Hanle river

Chandramohan BV
"Bird eye view of Hanle river, Hanle village and the astounding Himalayan range in the Hanle valley as seen from the Hanle Monastery built in 17 century. Hanle river, a short left bank tributary of the Indus River, originates from the northern slopes of the Zanskar range in eastern Ladakh of Jammu and Kashmir. The main stream of the Hanle is formed by two streams, which in turn originates from the glaciers. This stream, which flows towards the north, joins the Indus River near Loma. Hanle has played a major role in shaping the topography of the catchment of the river. Its area is devoid of human habitation as well as vegetation Hanle, June 2017" #Hanle #Himalaya #RiversofIndia #Ladakh #India

Mawlynnong Village

Mawlynnong, a small village in the East Khasi Hills of Meghalaya. This place has been awarded the prestigious tag of 'Cleanest Village in Asia' in 2003'

Populated along side of India-Bangladesh Border, one can climb man made bamboo bridges to see the fine view of neighbor country...matter of fact one should climb those bamboo bridges not only to get the best views but also to get the thrill of human art .. these bridges are really high and goes deep through the branches of solid high trees leading to the deep gorge below .
